Hotel terms and conditions with selected payment method at check-in:
- Reservations made via the hotel’s website are guaranteed until 18:00 on the day of arrival
- After that time, check-in is possible depending on availability and number of rooms.
Terms and conditions of the hotel and the bank for credit or debit card payments:
By making the reservation, you agree to the hotel’s policies on deadlines, cancellations, non-arrivals, penalties, etc., namely:
- A reservation is deemed guaranteed if it is paid in advance.
- Cancellation without a penalty – up to 1 (one) day before the date of accommodation.
- For cancellations made after the period mentioned in the previous point, as well as for no-shows, the hotel retains the value of the first night as penalty.
- In the event of a payment and subsequent cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to the client’s credit card within 1 month of the cancellation and in accordance with the preceding point.
Your privacy is respected by the hotel. We utilize the best standards recommended by international card organizations to safeguard you from fraudulent payments made with your Visa or MasterCard:
- Your personal information is used only for reservation and payment purposes and is not shared with third parties.
- MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, and Maestro are accepted as payment methods.
- Make sure that your card issuer has enabled your card for Internet transactions.
- The maximum amount for a transaction is BGN 3 000.
- When paying by card, the transaction currency is the Bulgarian leva (BGN).
