General terms and conditions for online reservations on the website of Hotel Aqua, Burgas<\/p>

Terms and conditions of the hotel for selected payment method “On check-in”:
\u2022 The reservation through the hotel’s website is guaranteed until 18:00 on the day of arrival and is valid only and only after confirmation by e-mail to the e-mail address you specified by the hotel.
\u2022 After this time, check-in is possible if there is a free type and number of rooms.<\/p>

Terms and conditions of the hotel when payment method “By credit card” is selected:
\u2022 If the reservation is prepaid in advance, it is considered guaranteed.<\/p>

\u2022 Cancellation of the reservation without penalty – up to 1 (one) day before the check-in date.<\/p>

\u2022 For cancellations made later than the time specified in the previous point, as well as in case of no-arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the amount of the first night’s stay.<\/p>

\u2022 The prices on the Aqua Hotel website are in BGN (BGN), including VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount owed by the customer is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the current price offer for the relevant period.<\/p>

\u2022 On our website https:\/\/burgas.aquahotels.com\/ you can pay with a bank debit, credit or business card with the Visa and MasterCard logo through the virtual POS of our servicing bank, which is DSK AD – part of OTP GROUP.<\/p>

\u2022 Payments are protected by the security programs of international card organizations (ICOs) MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure.<\/p>

\u2022 For reservations with a check-in start date in the next 3 days, it is recommended to choose payment on check-in to speed up the reservation processing process.<\/p>

\u2022 When paying by card through the DSK bank’s virtual POS, it is necessary to enter the card number, validity, CVV\/CVC. If your card participates in the MKO MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security program, you will need to enter a 3-D password.<\/p>

\u2022 Regardless of the currency of your bank account, the transaction will be carried out in Bulgarian leva, according to the current exchange rate of your bank serving you.<\/p>

\u2022 We at https:\/\/burgas.aquahotels.com\/ – “Topola Skies Management” Ltd do not collect, process or store card data. All card data is filled in personally by you in a secure payment page of our service bank.<\/p>

\u2022 In cases where an amount needs to be refunded, no matter in whole or in part, and the payment was made by card, we will refund the amount by ordering a reverse operation on the card with which the payment was made within 30 days. Your card data is only used by the intermediary bank and is not stored by us.<\/p>

\u2022 From the point of view of security, the maximum amount for payment by card is BGN 3,000.<\/p>

\u2022 The hotel reserves the right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and currently available vacancies. For already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.<\/p>

PRIVACY POLICY<\/p>

\u2022 Your personal data are protected according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and are used only by the reservation department of the Aqua hotel. The protection of your personal data is important to us. Therefore, we process your information exclusively on the basis of applicable legislation, specifically the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the Electronic Commerce Act (ECA).<\/p>

\u2022 We do not provide data to third parties, except for the payment service provider (bank, PayPal, ePay) processing the payment.<\/p>

\u2022 If an order is not completed, we delete the data entered for it. When an order is completed and a contract executed by us on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letters (a) and (b) of the GDPR, we store all data on the legal relationship until the expiration of the period provided for in Art. 12 of the Accounting Act (Accounting Act) 10-year term.<\/p>
